Fleet 120 Promotion of the procurement of 120 e-vehicles and associated charging infrastructure

Due to the higher costs of an electric vehicle, appropriate funding is required for the purchase of purely electric vehicles and for the acquisition of the associated charging infrastructure.
The goal is to further electrify the municipal vehicle fleets of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. To this end, the Federal Ministry of Transport has provided funding for 120 electric vehicles and the associated charging infrastructure. Under this program, 75% of the additional cost of an electric vehicle compared to a combustion-engine vehicle is subsidized, provided the vehicle is used exclusively for municipal purposes.
